The founder
Daniel Keep has spent his working life in bathrooms. He trained in plumbing and tiling, the two trades that make or break a bathroom, and learned early that the best rooms are the ones where everyone on the job is working from the same plan, to the same standard.
Working on high-end refurbishments across Hampshire, Surrey and West Sussex, Daniel saw the same story repeat: a beautiful design let down by a tiler who had not seen the drawings, a plumber who ran a pipe where the niche was meant to go, a decorator who arrived before the silicone had cured. Nobody was at fault, exactly. There were simply too many separate companies involved.
Aldermere Bathrooms is his answer to that. A focused team of bathroom specialists, with design, tiling, plumbing and fit-out all under one roof, a manageable number of projects at any one time, and a standard of finish that every one of them would be happy to live with at home.
What we believe

Materials, labour and any specialist trades set out plainly, with no "provisional sums" that swell later on.
Floor protection, dust barriers, tools packed away nightly and waste removed regularly. You will still recognise your house at the end of each day.
Tanking that is tested, substrates that are flat, adhesives and grouts matched to the tile, brassware from manufacturers who stock spares.
You have a direct line to Daniel. Questions, changes and worries go straight to the people doing the work, and are answered the same day.
Every bathroom is handed over with care guidance, and if anything ever needs attention afterwards, you will not have to chase.
Working with Aldermere
Aldermere is deliberately focused. Daniel personally leads every project, from the first consultation to the final walk-round, and the work is carried out by Aldermere's own tilers, plumbers and fitters. Most clients book two to three months ahead, which leaves time to design the room properly and have every tile and tap on site before day one.
